betdtb Terms & Conditions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. When these terms are referred to in any betdtb communication, policy or supplementary document, the definitions below govern interpretation unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To access any real-money betting or gaming service on betdtb, you must first create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. betdtb reserves the right to verify all information provided at the time of registration and at any subsequent point, including before processing any withdrawal.

By completing registration and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you represent and warrant that all of the following eligibility conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 18 years of age. betdtb is strictly an 18+ platform. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register or use betdtb under any circumstances.
• You are registering as an individual on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not acting as a professional player, agent, syndicate or in any commercial capacity that exploits betdtb's pricing or bonus structures.
• You have not previously had a betdtb account closed, suspended or permanently excluded at betdtb's discretion.
• You will maintain only one single account on betdtb. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• All information you provide during registration — including your name, date of birth, address, phone number and payment method details — is accurate, truthful and belongs to you personally.
• You accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your betdtb account.
• You understand and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that betdtb does not guarantee any winnings.

betdtb supports a range of payment methods specifically selected for their relevance and accessibility to players in Bangladesh. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are subject to the transaction limits and processing times outlined below.

The following payment methods are currently supported on betdtb for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction across all supported payment methods.
• Maximum deposit: Subject to the limits of your chosen payment method and any account-level limits applied by betdtb's compliance team. Contact [email protected] for high-volume deposit arrangements.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited instantly to your betdtb balance in most cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two BST business hours to reflect.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals for fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within one BST business day. Withdrawals submitted outside BST business hours (09:00–22:00 BST) are processed on the following business day.
• Withdrawal to original payment method: betdtb applies an anti-money-laundering policy requiring withdrawals to be directed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically feasible.
• Bonus balance withdrawals: Funds originating from bonus credits may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Transaction fees: betdtb does not charge internal transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own standard charges, which are outside betdtb's control.

betdtb offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Wagering requirements: Every betdtb bonus carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) that must be met through real-money bets before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion page.
• Eligible games: Not all betdtb games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino games, table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or at 0%, as specified in the promotion terms. Fishing games contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Bonus expiry: All betdtb bonuses expire within a specified period from the date of issue — typically 7 to 30 days. Any bonus balance remaining at expiry, and any wagering progress towards requirements, is forfeited automatically.
• Maximum bet during active bonus: While a bonus is active in your betdtb account, a maximum single-bet stake limit applies (as stated per promotion). Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the bonus being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Only one betdtb bonus can be active in your account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus abuse: betdtb monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus structures, collusion between accounts, and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.
• betdtb's right to modify or withdraw bonuses: betdtb reserves the right to modify the terms of, or to withdraw, any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not retroactively affect bets already placed under the original terms.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through betdtb, including sports betting, live casino games, slots, fishing games and any other wagering product available on the platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general rules where applicable.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is considered accepted and binding only once betdtb's system has confirmed the bet and issued a unique bet reference number. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not valid.
• Manifest errors: betdtb reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price resulting from a technical error, data feed error or human error in odds compilation. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.
• Maximum payout: betdtb applies a maximum single-event payout limit. The applicable limit for each market or game type is displayed at the time of bet placement. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at that limit regardless of the theoretical return.
• In-play betting: betdtb offers live in-play betting on cricket and other sports. Odds for in-play markets may be suspended at any time at betdtb's discretion, including during key moments of play (e.g., ball in play in cricket, penalty kicks in football). Suspended bets remain valid unless explicitly voided.
• Game integrity: betdtb uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all software-based casino and slot games. Live casino games are provided by licensed studio operators including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and NetEnt. betdtb does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Disconnection during play: If your internet connection is interrupted during an active game round or spin, the game will complete according to its internal rules upon reconnection. betdtb is not liable for losses caused by disconnection resulting from your internet service provider, device or local network conditions.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each betdtb market and game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game or betting interface. Stakes outside these limits will not be accepted.
• Void events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant sporting authority, betdtb reserves the right to void all associated bets and return stakes to players' accounts, in accordance with the applicable sport rules.

As a betdtb player, you agree to use the platform solely for legitimate personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances without refund:

• Multiple accounts: Opening, operating or using more than one betdtb account, regardless of whether the additional accounts are registered under the same or different personal information.
• False identity: Providing false, misleading or third-party personal information during registration or KYC verification. All information on your betdtb account must belong to you personally and be accurate at all times.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or access betdtb services if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 to use your account.
• Money laundering: Using betdtb for any purpose connected with money laundering, financial crime or the proceeds of illegal activity. betdtb cooperates fully with relevant authorities investigating financial crime and applies transaction monitoring as part of its compliance programme.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, sports participants, casino operators or any third party to obtain an unfair advantage, or placing bets on events whose outcome you have prior non-public knowledge of.
• Software exploitation: Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other mechanism to place bets or interact with betdtb games in a manner not intended for human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment chargeback or dispute with your payment provider in relation to any betdtb transaction. Accounts subject to chargeback activity will be suspended pending investigation, and confirmed fraudulent chargebacks will be referred to relevant authorities.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing communications towards betdtb support staff or other players through any channel.

betdtb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the circumstances set out below. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a violation of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

• Voluntary closure: Players may request to close their betdtb account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within one BST business day. Any pending bets will be settled before closure is finalised and any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate betdtb's self-exclusion feature, available in Account Settings or via [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 7 days to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits, bets or withdrawals can be made. betdtb strongly encourages players who feel gambling is negatively affecting their lives to use this feature.
• Forced suspension — investigation: betdtb may suspend an account with immediate effect while investigating suspected fraud, identity issues, bonus abuse, money laundering or any other potential breach of these Terms & Conditions. During a suspension, the account balance is frozen pending investigation outcome.
• Forced closure — confirmed breach: If an investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, betdtb will permanently close the account. Depending on the nature of the breach, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited. betdtb's decision following a formal investigation is final.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. betdtb will attempt to notify dormant account holders via the registered email address. If no activity is recorded following notification, a monthly dormancy maintenance fee of ৳100 may be applied to the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betdtb's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the betdtb platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of real-money funds deposited by that player into their betdtb account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betdtb is not liable for any of the following, to the extent permitted by law:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from use of or inability to use the betdtb platform.
• Indirect, special, incidental or consequential losses of any kind, even if betdtb has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, power outages or other technical issues outside betdtb's direct control.
• The accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of any information, statistics, odds or data displayed on the betdtb platform that originates from third-party data providers.
• Any unauthorised access to your betdtb account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in processing withdrawals resulting from banking system outages, payment provider maintenance windows, or regulatory compliance holds initiated by third-party financial institutions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits betdtb's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions, together with any documents incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and betdtb in relation to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and warranties. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

betdtb reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via the registered email address or via an on-site notification. Continued use of betdtb following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Players who do not accept a revision must close their account before the effective date of the change.
